Recurring subscriptions

Pro and Advisor are recurring subscriptions. The payment method provided at checkout is charged at the monthly or annual interval selected. Annual pricing includes one month free compared with twelve monthly payments.

Cancellation

You may stop future renewals from the Subscription options section in your account Settings, or by contacting support@meritforth.com. Cancellation stops the next charge. Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period unless the service is terminated for abuse or unlawful use.

Refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable after a billing period begins, except when required by law or when MeritForth confirms a billing error. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support within seven days so it can be reviewed promptly.

One-time complete-result unlocks, preview packs and instant-check packs are final sale and non-refundable once purchased, except when required by law or when MeritForth confirms a billing error. Purchased preview and instant-check credits do not expire. An unlock or credit automatically restored after a technical search failure is not a cash refund.

Taxes

Prices shown do not include taxes. Applicable taxes may be added when MeritForth is registered and required to collect them. The final amount is displayed before purchase.

Plan changes

Plan changes and credits are confirmed before they take effect. MeritForth will not move an account to a higher-priced plan without the customer’s authorization.
