Terms of service.

The service

MeritForth helps businesses find, rank and review public government opportunities. It provides research and workflow software, not legal, accounting, procurement or bid-submission services.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your company profile and for confirming every requirement in the official notice and its attachments. You decide whether to pursue an opportunity and remain responsible for registrations, certifications, licenses, pricing, submissions and deadlines.

Official records control

Government notices can change. MeritForth links to official sources, and the current official notice and solicitation documents control if they differ from a summary, ranking, alert or report.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and use the service lawfully. You may not interfere with the service, bypass plan limits, misuse government data, probe security, resell account access or use MeritForth to misrepresent eligibility.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Prices, taxes, cancellation timing and refund terms are explained on the Billing page and at checkout. We may change future pricing with advance notice; a change does not alter a period already paid.

No award guarantee

Match scores and explanations are decision support. MeritForth does not guarantee eligibility, an agency response, a contract award, revenue or uninterrupted availability of a government source.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve or change the service and may suspend access needed to address security, abuse or legal requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve paid service and material customer data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MeritForth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, missed opportunities or decisions based on inaccurate or unavailable third-party data. MeritForth’s total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
