Information MeritForth receives

MeritForth receives the account and business information you provide, including your email address, company profile, operating states, capabilities, filters and saved preferences. We also receive basic technical and usage information needed to secure and operate the service.

Payments

Stripe processes payment and billing information. MeritForth does not store complete card numbers. Stripe sends MeritForth the customer, subscription, plan and payment-status information needed to activate and administer an account.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts, rank government opportunities, prepare reports and alerts, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability and meet legal obligations. MeritForth does not sell personal information.

For the free preview, MeritForth stores the entered email, company name, optional website, selected states and basic preview activity so the request can be administered and supported. Separate one-way identifiers derived from the email and network address enforce the 30-day usage limit; the preview-limit record does not store the raw network address.

MeritForth also records first-party website measurements such as page path, an anonymous session identifier, referral domain, campaign labels and key actions including preview or checkout progress. These measurements help evaluate marketing and product performance. MeritForth does not store a visitor's raw network address in its analytics records and does not load an advertising tracker for this purpose.

Service providers and official sources

MeritForth uses service providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, search and ranking. Business profile information may be processed only as needed to generate relevant search terms, rankings and explanations. Opportunity facts come from public government sources, including SAM.gov and linked procurement portals.

Retention and security

We retain account and transaction records while an account is active and as reasonably needed for support, security, tax, accounting and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of account information by emailing support@meritforth.com. Some transaction and security records may be retained when legally or operationally required.

Marketing updates are optional. A preview email is not used for promotional email unless the newsletter choice is selected when the form is submitted. Selected addresses are added to the marketing contact list, and every newsletter provides an unsubscribe option. Marketing preferences do not stop required account, billing, security or service messages.

If this policy materially changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate.
